Seven Paths Manor has 8 ceremony areas to choose from.

SPM includes both round, rectangular, and sweetheart table options. Chairs are also included for both ceremony and reception!

Booked couples are grated scheduled venue access for engagement and bridal photography sessions.

Over 60 acres of the 135-acre venue is dedicated solely to wedding areas. These areas include stunning photo opportunities with water features, swings, custom lighting, and more!

Golf Cart Shuttling is available during your entire event for guests that need additional assistance and for bridal party photography throughout the venue.
Large Capacity Vehicle Shuttling is available upon request for guests that need assistance to and from local hotels.

Covered venue areas are available for both your ceremony and reception...should your day include the lucky addition of rain. These areas provide beautiful photography opportunities. Our team will work with you to create a detailed rain contingency plan that will make your guests think that you secretly wanted rain for your day!

Seven Paths Manor offers the Something Borrowed Collection on-site shopping experience that is completely included with your venue rental. There are over 3,000+ trendy decor pieces that are available for you to use for your Seven Paths Manor events for no additional cost!

SPM offers a digital tool for designing the SPM reception space so that you can get a custom design for your special day!

2 full size refigerators, and 2 freezers...along with a full sized chest freezer are available for use during your event.

The Manor House is the best thing you didn't know you needed! It serves as an excellent "Home Base" for your wedding day! Bridal Party Members and approved family members (from the bride and groom) will have access throughout the day of your event.

Thanks to the Manor House's chef style kitchen, your caterers will have access to 2 ovens, a stove, and ample space for prep work. We also provide pipe and drape with tables to block off a dedicated private space for catering in the reception pavilion. One caterer prep tent is also included for additional prep space.

Up to 200 guests are included with your venue rental with no additional charge. However, SPM can accommodate up to 300 guests for larger events.

There are pre-installed speaker systems located throughout the venue. Plugging into these systems is a super convenient option for great sound without heavy equipment lifting! Bluetooth connectivity is also available.

North Carolina weather is unpredictable to say the least, so we have items on standby to make sure guests stay as comfortable as possible. These items include propane heaters, blankets, and fire-pits for colder weather for no additional cost!

Quality clean restrooms with multiple stalls are within short walking distance for your guests. There are also over 4-bathroom areas for the direct wedding party in the Manor House.

We want you and your guests to have the peace of mind that the expansive venue grounds are monitored for guest safety, and should something unexpected happen during your event, there will be trained security available to handle the situation privately and professionally.

Multiple lit parking areas are located on site and are also out of the main venue areas, so cars remain out of your wedding photos.

The SPM team will provide garbage bags and on-site trash disposal for your event. This way you wont have to pay a fee for vendor trash removal.

We have quarter horses, miniature horses (the hoofy nay nays), dwarf goats, and a miniature donkey all available for adorable selfies and fun photo opportunities for you and your guests.

Wash and folded non-pressed linens are included with the SPM venue rental. Couples will have their choice between white or black linens.

We require a 1 million event insurance policy with Seven Paths Manor listed as the additional insured. Approx. cost: $240.00. The insurance policy must be received at least 30 days prior to your event.

North Carolina charges a 6.75% tax in addition to the venue rental. The payment of the venue deposit amount will not have the taxes included. The taxes for the entire venue rental will be split between the two remaining venue rental payments.

Pricing is subject to change at any time. Your rate and terms will be listed in your contract and will not change once the contract is signed by both parties. However, additional venue items will be subject to the current price at the time of adding the item. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour).
